HGK Supervisory Board appoints Susanne Pietsch as CFO
Cologne. The Supervisory Board of HGK AG has appointed Mrs Susanne Pietsch as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The 53-year-old business graduate and auditor will complete the Management Board of HGK AG, which consists of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Uwe Wedig and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dr Jens-Albert Oppel, from 1 October 2024.
"We are delighted that Susanne Pietsch, a highly competent financial manager with experience in the infrastructure, services and energy sectors, will be joining HGK's Executive Board. In addition, Ms Pietsch knows the municipal environment and has successfully managed extensive investment structures. This broad expertise was convincing and fits very well with the diversified business model of the HGK Group," explains Susana dos Santos Herrmann, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of HGK AG.
Susanne Pietsch joins HGK from the same position at IQONY GmbH, an international renewable energy company based in Essen. She previously held other management positions at AOK Systems, the energy producer STEAG and as an auditor at the auditing firm PWC.
