Häfen und Güterverkehr Köln AG (HGK) is assuming the duties of the Port Authority on behalf of the city of Cologne pursuant to Section 4 Para. 2 AHVO. The Port Authority is responsible for order and safety in the port.

  • Hafenverordnung für den Regierungsbezirk Köln (Port Regulations for the Cologne Administrative District)
  • Rheinschifffahrtspolizeiverordnung (Rhine Police Regulation)
  • Gesetz über die Beförderung gefährlicher Güter (GGBefG) (Act on the Carriage of Hazardous Goods)
  • Straßenverkehrsordnung (German Road Traffic Regulations)
