Fleet management, technical operative management & QEHS:
HGK Ship Management arranges the crewing, technical support and ship monitoring for all operative divisions of HGK Shipping and also project management for new and converted vessels. Also part of the services portfolio of HGK Ship Management are strategic purchasing and quality, environmental, and health and safety management to the highest standards.
As owners and outfitters of inland barges according to recognised jurisdiction, we carry out transports. With our decades of experience we offer our customers customized project solutions in both dry goods shipping and tanker shipping.
The idea factory: tailor-made ship designs are formed at the design centre embedded in our organisation. With future-orientated ship designs developed with in-house know-how in the Shipping Design Centre, HGK Shipping can take individual requirements into consideration and develop tailor-made solutions. Be it an alternative propulsion technology or an innovative hull design to optimise draught properties, we can come up with the perfect fit.
We also offer our entire HGK Ship Management service portfolio on the market, for example to manage new constructions for customers or owner-operators.
In our own training centre, our nautical staff and external personnel have access to training courses as well as further education courses such as simulator training or radar tests.
