Tasks of an HR talent management expert

You are a sparring partner for our employees and management in all matters of human resources development.
With creative ideas, you create concepts and new offers for the further development of our employees and managers
You design attractive and long-term career paths for our talents.
You have contacts with suitable trainers to provide target-orientated qualifications and build up a needs-based training network.
You are responsible for developing, conceiving, coordinating and running your own seminars and training events.
You find, support and drive forward change processes
You develop target group-specific concepts for face-to-face training
You create materials and digital learning content for all target groups

Our HR team is a member of the German Association for Human Resource Management (DGFP), which offers regular meetings and events for networking and training.

One day as HR talent management expert

Each day brings different tasks, which you perform in a self-organised manner. The day consists of meetings with employees, management and coaches as well as self-organised work on HR development-related projects.
